How do I activate my equipment so that I can connect to it?

Press and hold down the button on the device (located on the top of the equipment) for 5 seconds, until the LED changes from green to red.

How can I tell if my equipment is in the configuration setting?

While the device is in active mode (red LED) check that a new Wi-Fi network has been enabled in your system:

How do I find my device in the WiFi networks?

A new Wi-Fi network will be enabled on our system whose name will always begin with the word “TEKELEK_XXXXX” where “XXXXX” will be the number assigned to your telereading device.

Once connected, how do I connect my equipment to the Wi-Fi where I want to place it?

Section 1, points 2 and 3 of the user manual for the device describes the process for connecting the equipment with the Wi-Fi network where you want to connect it.

What is a URL?

This refers to the unique address that identifies a website on the Internet. For example: https://www.inprord.com, which you can see in the address bar of your navigator.

How do I know if my device has been connected correctly?

If the green LED flashes 5 times, it means that the equipment has been configured correctly.
Press the “five green flashes”button and your device will be connected to the work Wi-Fi network and will be ready to work with the Inpro Cloud network.

What is the errors code?

The errors code is the table where connection errors that may occur with the equipment are collected. The errors are indicated through the flashing red light of the status LED located on the top of the equipment. If once the equipment has been configured, instead of giving the five green flashes indicating that the process has been successfully completed, instead flashes in red, the device is not functioning correctly. So you will need to take action according to the type of error code shown.

What should I do if there is an error?

Consult the user manual to obtain more information about the error. If once detected, you cannot resolve the error, contact technical services for assistance.
