Does this mean a significant change for the customer who has the old one?
The migration to the new platform does not imply a relevant change for the current customer. We have only carried out a transfer of information and we are sending a direct email to customers with all the detailed information to enter the new platform, which does incorporate improvements in terms of its operation.
As we move forward with this process, we will keep our customers informed and provide the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition.
